Version 3.3.2

Blocking Dialogs & Atomic Cleanup

Cancellable exports, atomic directory cleanup, and faster preloading for project safety.

Secure Background Processing

The new modal progress dialog blocks accidental clicks during the silence removal to captioning export flow. It also shows a per-clip progress bar so you can see what the engine is processing.

The new cancel button aborts in-flight FFmpeg processes. When an export is cancelled, the app uses the native Tauri remove_directory command to clean up partial output folders on macOS.

Stutter-Free Preloading Optimization

We have radically optimized video overlay preloading procedures. By actively reducing concurrency overhead and intelligently switching to a metadata-only loading approach during prefetch operations, timeline loading speeds are drastically improved.

Combined with masterful synchronization between local captioning precomputations and video drawing elements, this monumental refinement rapidly reduces main-thread jank, guaranteeing a buttery-smooth video editing interface even on complex timelines. We also successfully decoupled these proxy generation routines from synchronous store mutations, utilizing a highly efficient asynchronous callback structure.
